In the 1st incident in 2002 two bombs went off concurrently much less than a ½ kilometer from our hotel. That was a large a single that destroyed buildings for blocks all around ground zero. Alvin, the owner of the Secret Gardens Bar, adjacent to our hotel, told us that debris fell from the sky onto his developing after the bombs went off. Two a lot more almost simultaneous suicide bombing incidents occurred in 2005: a single at Jimbaran beach region to the north exactly where two bombs went off at either finish of a line of a half dozen beach front seafood restaurants and one more suicide bombing in the Kuta Square shopping location close to here.
